Equil Streetwear currently offers high quality custom printed shoes, phone cases, handbags, apparel, watches and hats, we plan to offer more products in the future.

Equil Streetwear is located in the land down under = "Australia" but our factories are located around the world in order to fulfill items to the masses. We have factories in Asia, US and EU.

Yes, but there are certain conditions that needs to be met. The design/art you send must not be copyrighted and it can't contain any personal names or messages, as we will make it available on the store and sell to other customers too. However, you can put in statements that speaks your soul~

Please send designs to: design@equilstreetwear.com with Subject: "Design To Be Printed" with your name and as much details as possible.

Yes we can, just send us a link or picture of the design you like and how you want it to look on the shoes, we'll try our best to satisfy your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: Designs submitted will be taken into consideration and review before we start designing, not all designs will be accepted.

ORDER FAQs

Tracking numbers will be made available typically in 1-2 days for DHL/FEDEX and 5-7 days for EMS after item has been shipped. This will automatically be uploaded to your order, if it's not there please Contact Us only after the specified time frame.

Yes, but only within 12 hours after an order has be placed before production takes place, Contact Us with your "Order #" and "New Size" including your Name and Address to be changed.

Once production process takes place, you will NOT be able to change your size.

SHIPPING

Shipping is FREE to worldwide for all products, most products will have FREE Standard/Express EMS Shipping, some will have Free Express Shipping via DHL/FEDEX; Form of free shipping is specified on every product page description, please refer to it if you're unsure about which form of shipping will be used.

We ship your items from various local USA and international warehouses in Asia depending our item location in order to get them to you as fast as possible.

Multiple items may be shipped separately, please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items in one order, they're on their way. If you ordered an item with Express Shipping and another with Standard Shipping, we will try our best to combine it into one parcel and ship it via Express Shipping via DHL/FEDEX, orders may be shipped separately because some items are produced in different factories.

If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a photo of the poor-quality print or damaged area. We will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost.

Please note: Mesh Sneakers and Canvas Shoes are not printed poorly; if it seems like the artwork is blurry to you; this is perfectly normal because print is done on the mesh/canvas resulting an illusion of blur caused by the texture of the material. 

Equil Streetwear do not hold responsibility for items damaged during shipping.

We accept all major Credit Cards (VISA, MASTERCARD & AMEX) and PayPal.

Sorry, we only accept online payment options mentioned above in the available payment options.

Our products in our store are all priced and billed in USD.

OUR POLICY

Because of Print on Demand, in most cases - WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEM RETURNS, please choose carefully before placing your order, but we offer FULL REFUNDS if you're unsatisfied with the product, you'll get to keep the product and have your order refunded as well.

(In some special cases - we may ask you to return the item back to us in order to have your refund processed)

Watches have a 90 days Replacement Warranty

Yes, Order Cancellations are allowed within 12 Hours an order has been placed before production process takes place.

Please contact us at contact@equilstreetwear.com with your Order # within 12 Hours of placing your order to cancel.

Please Note:
You will NOT be able to cancel your order once production process takes place.

We offer a one time FREE EXCHANGE SERVICE for shoes if you simply chosen a wrong size or the chosen size does not fit, in most cases customers do not need to return their item, however; sometimes there unforeseen circumstances and customers will be contacted to return their item in order to get an Exchange.
