Yes, but there are certain conditions that needs to be met. The design/art you send must not be copyrighted and it can't contain any personal names or messages, as we will make it available on the store and sell to other customers too. However, you can put in statements that speaks your soul~

Yes we can, just send us a link or picture of the design you like and how you want it to look on the shoes, we'll try our best to satisfy your needs.

PLEASE NOTE: Designs submitted will be taken into consideration and review before we start designing, not all designs will be accepted.
Rome isn't built in a day; To ensure we deliver quality products to our customers; We take extra care when your products are being handmade to the strictest specifications, you can refer to each product's production times it requires here on the PRODUCTION TIMES page.
Tracking numbers will be made available/active typically in 1-2 days after item has been shipped. This will automatically be uploaded to your order, if it's not there please Contact Us only after the specified time frame.

DO NOT PANIC, items may arrive separately, because they are fulfilled at different factories, some will arrive together, like Equil Hoodies/T-Shirts/Backpacks, others will come from different factories, depending on what you have ordered.

Shipping is FREE to worldwide for all products, most products will have FREE Standard/Express EMS Shipping. Form of free shipping is specified on every product page description, please refer to it if you're unsure about which form of shipping will be used.
We ship your items from various local USA and international warehouses in Asia depending our item location in order to get them to you as fast as possible.
Multiple items may be shipped separately, please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items in one order, they're on their way. Orders may be shipped separately because some items are produced in different factories.
If an item is damaged or is shipped with a poor-quality print, you must send us a photo of the poor-quality print or damaged area. We will replace any items damaged or poor-quality at no additional cost.
Please note: Mesh Sneakers and Canvas Shoes are not printed poorly; if it seems like the artwork is blurry to you; this is perfectly normal because print is done on the mesh/canvas resulting an illusion of blur caused by the texture of the material.
Equil Streetwear do not hold responsibility for items damaged during shipping. (However if it's dead on arrival, please contact us with photo as evidence, we'll replace it free of charge)

Our products in our store are all priced and billed in USD.
Because of Print on Demand, in most cases - WE DO NOT ACCEPT ITEM RETURNS, please choose carefully before placing your order, but we offer FULL REFUNDS if you're unsatisfied with the product or product has print/manufacture defect, you'll get to keep the product and have your order refunded as well. (You would need to contact us and send us a photo first)
(In some special cases - we may ask you to return the item back to us in order to have your refund processed, return shipping costs will be on buyer's expense)

Yes, Order Cancellations are allowed within 12 Hours an order has been placed before production process takes place.

We offer a one time FREE EXCHANGE SERVICE for shoes if you simply chosen a wrong size or the chosen size does not fit, in most cases customers do not need to return their item, however; sometimes there unforeseen circumstances and customers will be contacted to return their item in order to get an Exchange. (We ask to choose Sizes carefully as exchanging would have to go through the process of production again, therefore having you to wait for the listed production times; no one likes waiting XD)
